Hello James,

With a little web research, we were able to find this information on the Xantrex website about replacement AC chargers.  We hope this helps you.

BATTERIES AND CHARGERS:

Need a rep;lacment AC charger cord for a Powerpack?

Powerpack adapter DC plug

Tip is CENTER POSITIVE

Size = 5.5mm X 2.1mm (.22" X .083")

IMPORTANT : MAKE SURE BATTERY WILL HOLD A CHARGE USING LIGHTER SOCKET ADAPTER BEFORE INVESTING IN A REPLACEMENT AC ADAPTER

AC Adapter for Powerpack Series (except Powerpack 1500) :

Standard spec is 13.8 V@1amp, but any adapter between 13.5V-13.8V / 0.5 -2A is acceptable. Generic replacements are available in electronic hardware stores like Radio Shack or can be purchased online from :

http://www.ase-supply.com/Xantrex_074_1004_01_p/xa-074-1004-01.htm

The Xantrex part number is 074-1004-01.

Does anyone know where I could get the jumping cables for the Xantrex Jazz Portable Power 300 C ? Any help would be deeply appreciated.
Thanks.....Bob Baxter

I did that (contact Xantrex). No good.

Sorry about that. Let me look into it again and I can post my response. Thanks again.

I did contact Xantrex and spoke to two different employees in technical support. Bottom line was a no go. They could not locate nor direct me to anyone outside their company, that could help me locate these jumping cables ? The Xantrex Jazz Portable Power 300 C is approximately 15 years old and for whatever reason, they (Xantrex) no longer carry any of it's accessories (don't know about parts ?) ?

Thank you for providing an update. So sorry to hear. Hopefully, someone will see this post and can support your needs for these products. Best of luck and let us know how else we can support you.
