Is the Enphase M250 compatible with 72 cell solar panels?

You can pair a 72 cell module with an Enphase M250. Enphase now has a 72 cell compatible version of their M250. The data sheet for this unit can be found HERE. This unit is rated for 62V of DC input (versus the standard 48).
I would encourage you to run the electrical specs of your module though the Enphase Module Compatibility Calculator found HERE to confirm.
Still, at 240VAC an Enphase M250 is rated for a continuous power output of 240W. If your module is expected to produce more that 240W for a meaningful amount of time it might be worth looking at the Enphase S280 or another solution.
