What is the difference between Hanwha SolarOne and Hanwha Q Cells?

They are the same company with different divisions.  Hanwha purchased Q Cell in 2013 and is managing it as a stand alone business unit.  Q Cells will be strong in the North American market and Hanwha will pull back efforts on the US market.
