Those are nice 1-lines and they cover the most common interconnection scenarios pretty well. They are lacking all wire sizing, equipment sizing and over-current protection, so they probably can't be used for permitting - but that could be added fairly easily.

Get a copy of the Expedited Permit Process Report and check out the single lines. They are about as general as you can get.
