How do I install IronRidge 29-5003-005 Enphase Mounting Hardware Kit?

If the mounting hardware has a bolt for attachment, then it needs to slide in from the end of the rail. If it has a T-bolt, then the bolt needs to be pivoted 90 degrees to be inserted into the rail top track.
