How to design my system with 20 SharpND-224UC9BX panels?

Hello, I am working on an off grid array, and have twenty, SharpND-224UC9BX panels. I am in northern minnesota. I need the charge controller, inverter, and monitor and batteries to utilize these panels.How do I design my needs? I also would like to use two inverters as a redundant system, probably 3600w~ each to give me a cushion .Where do I start?
