Howdy, y'all! I have a question for you. I've been using SMA's Sunny Design tool (since they took their online one down, for some nonsense reason) and it's been suggesting I use a Sunny Boy 8000US-11. What's that '-11'? Thanks!

I think it refers to model year 2011. The only difference from an SB 8000US electrically is that the 8000US-11 is rated for operation in ambient temperature down to -40F. Upper limit of the 8000US-11 is still 113F - as with the 8000US. I don't know of any other difference. I will post here if I find something.
