The S in SX stands for serviceable, as in field serviceable. The Kyocera KD135SX-LPU comes with a field serviceable junction box allowing you to customize the wiring in the field. The Kyocera KS135GX-LPU, on the other hand comes equipped with MC4 locking connectors; the L in LPU stands for locking connectors.
