I am trying to size a Top of Pole mount system for two Canadian Solar 250 Mono modules.

I heard Unirac Pole mounts are not manufactured anymore. I am trying to run the Ironridge Configurator, but it doesn't provide me any results.

Any suggestions?

This is a frequently asked question. You are right, Unirac pull out from manufacturing pole mount systems.

Ironridge is a great solution. You can use the Top of Pole Mount UNI/TP-08.

Here is how you calculate:

Your module dimension is: 63.1 × 41.8 × 1.57 inches

The UNI/TP-08 has a cross rail length of 77" and a channel rail length of 90". By mounting the modules in landscape, you will be able to fit two modules.

The reason why the Ironridge configurator won't show this to you is that UNI/TP-08 is made for two rows, but you can't fit your large-size modules in two rows. You can only use one row of two modules. You will have to drill two holes on the cross rail in order to attach your chanell rail on top of it. That's the only work, you'll have to do; but in the end, you can fit two modules.

For further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
