SMA Monitoring SREC's

I have 9 arrays with SB5000's that are in need of a monitoring system that will document kWh production to meet requirements for determining SREC, Solar Renewable Energy Certificates.

My understanding is that in order to be used to determine SREC's the remote monitoring system must be connected not to the inverter, but outside the inverter to the solar system itself.

I would like the monitoring to include software that would allow us to see the production of all 9 of our arrays on a "fleet dashboard" accessible from my computer.

Would anybody have any suggestions for which monitoring would meet these requirements?
