We use PV Watts in our preliminary system design and analysis, but I'm not sure what the appropriate loss multiplier is here. Any ideas?

The default value is .77 - if that's too conservative, you could probably justify taking out mismatch, DC wiring, etc. and adjusting some of the other string inverter values. So maybe a .80? As you can see in the attached white paper, Enphase give themselves a nice .83!
