I am installing cs6k 270P panels on iron ridge racking. The racking is Perpendicular to gutter board and panels are parallel with gutter board or landscape mode.. What are the measurments from end of panel for mounting the racking?

It sounds like your rails are running with the slope of the roof w/ modules mounted in landscape. If this is the case you can reference the 4 innermost mounting hols on the long side of the module as clamping locations.
