I have an 80 watt panel on my RV but don't know what inverter to use or how. How many batteries do i need also?
I would like to go fully off grid with the fridge and micro to work. Anyone know of a system I can use to make this happen? Thanks all

I doubt that an 80W module will keep your fridge going without some other battery charging source like a generator or your RV engine. Refrigerators, even small RV ones, suck a lot of power.
Sizing your system depends on any factors that can't really be covered in the forum. You either have to be willing to read a reference book or go to an RV place that installs PV systems. There are a number of guides for putting together small PV systems for RVs, boats, and cabins.
