ok. for 8x 80Watt Panels I probably need a 40A Controller, but it is not available here. so I must connect 1x30A an 1x10A controller to my 600Ah batterie bank. How to connect the controllers parallel and from the 2 controllers I pls want to connect only 1 x 2000Watt 220V Inverter. Or must i connect to each controller an own Inverter ??? I drawing pls would help me a lot. Thank you so much. Jürgen

Hi Jürgen,

Your two charge controllers may connect in parallel by means of fuses or breakers.  So in your case your 30A and your 10A controllers combine ampacities to make 40A's total at whatever voltage your controllers outputs are (ie. 12v, 24v, or 48v).  As long as the controllers voltages are the same.  You will not need to have two inverters for each of these controllers as they connect only to your battery bank to charge the batteries.  The inverter is simply connected to the battery bank to draw energy from to convert that to the 220V of AC power that your loads require.
