What is the most important parameter consideration when trying to predict the annual system output of a grid-tied inverter (w/o battery bank)?

Ambient temperature is one of the most important parameters. The hotter the spot, the less output you'd have.
PV Array size is obviously very important (eg. number of modules, strings)
Efficiency of the inverter
Solar irradiance, azimuth angle, latitude of the project location, array tilt angle, shading are other important factors. However they are not directly related to inverter.
