How do I calculate Vtoc/Vtmp for a string sizing using the Outback charge controller tool?

The outback tool is doing that for you when you move the temperature select sliders on the two outboard sides of the tool.
You can do it manually by using the module temperature coefficient from the module data sheet, but I don't think there's any way to see the math behind the outback tool.
