I am installing a DECK monitoring system on a job and I am looking for the installation manual for the Deck Monitoring and for the Weather Station.
Specifically we want to know:
- Wire sizes and quantities to and from the weather station. (And permissible lengths)
- Cable size and types connecting the monitoring to the inverters and to the LAN. (And permissible lengths)
- Separation distance required between data cables and power cables when run in the same trench.

In regards to your additiona questions, all modbus devices must be daisy chained using Belden 1120A or equivalent wire (2 wire, with shield, 18 gauge, shielded twisted pair). The length from the first device (AcquiSuite) to the last device can be up to 4000'
Standard Cat5 is used to connect the AcquiSuite to the LAN> Cat5 cable can be run a maximum of 300'
High power AC cables should not be run in the same trench as data wire. I hope this information helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
