I have 12x Sanyo 220A modules that are to be mounted on Zomeworks UTRF-168 solar tracker with Enphase M215 microinverters.

How can I mount the enphase on Zomeworks tracker?

How do I ground Zomeworks tracker?

Here is an answer I got from Zomeworks:

The easiest way to mount the Enphase inverters on a UTRF tracker that has extruded aluminum mounting rails would be to slide 5/16” bolts into the slot on the bottom of the mounting rail before the rail is attached to the tracker. Then, once the rails are installed attach the modules to the top of the rails and the Enphase inverters to the bottom of the rails. If you have a tracker with Steel module mounting rails then you will probably have to drill additional holes in the mounting rail to attach the Enphase inverters.

Different areas have had different requirements for grounding our trackers. Some people have used WEEBs to ground our trackers others have used grounding lugs.

You might want to check the compatibility of the Sanyo Panels with the new Enphase 215.

There is a compatibility cahart on their web site but I don't know if it has been updated for the 215.

Sanyo are higher output and will not work with the M190 for example. That is why Enphase brought out the model 210 - it is meant for Sanyo and other high output panels.

The NEW 215 will work only on 60 cell panels ( like the M190 )

That's a good input Chris! I haven't thought of the compatibility.

It looks like, Sanyo 220A is compatible with only Enphase M210-84.

As far as mounting inverters on anyones rail or tracker ... it really comes down to the recommendation of the rack or tracker manufacturer.

Enphase mounting is pretty easy. If you go to their site and look at the way it mounts using the tab with key hole mounting, virtually any mounting possition can be achieved. The unit is totally weatherproof in any possition.

I believe it is amoung the easiest micro inverter to mount.
