We are exploring our ballast racking options for a commercial project and trying to determine if we can avoid any penetrations for seismic anchoring. One question that has come up is whether the roof is mechanically attached or fully adhered? Can you summarize the difference between these two roof types and explain why that would be a factor in being able to avoid penetrations for our seismic anchoring?
