I have 4 Perlight PLM-230P-60 and am wondering what I would need to use them on a 12V system.

Just signed up here. You need a charge controller. I use a 60 amp mppt. morning star. It will accept up to 150 dc volts in. Output is controlled through dip switch settings. It will charge from 12-48 volt battery banks.
