8.55kW Roof Mount in Columbia, SC

Brown Electric has decided to use its electrical expertise to install PV systems in the Columbia, SC, area and take advantage of the great state-level incentives. Over the past year, solar has taken off in the Palmetto State. In 2015, the state and utilities agreed to pay homeowners the full retail rate for net solar generation sent back to the grid. This program, combined with other utility-specific incentives, means homeowners can count on rebates totaling 55% of the total system cost. 

This project uses SolarWorld 285 Black-on-Black modules to complement the sleek architecture of the home.  ​
