720kW Commercial Microgrid in Orange County, CA

This commercial project involving STAAR surgery was quite unique in several ways. To start, we installed 720 kW of solar panels on the roof and between two parking structures positioned at the north and south ends of the property. After that, we set up a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) alongside an existing 500 kW diesel generator. Having solid support and clear communication with individuals like Thomas from Greentech Renewables enabled us to navigate through the various challenges associated with large-scale development. Collaborating with a reliable partner like Greentech Renewables allowed us, as developers, to focus on the construction and integration of the system instead of having to procure the necessary materials and components independently.
