In December of 2015, Adroit Energy of San Diego partnered with Greentech Renewables to supply and install this 13.25 kW residential system in La Jolla, CA using Canadian Solar panels and SolarEdge inverters.
This installation consisted of 50 Canadian Solar CS6P-265 panels with 50 SolarEdge 300W 1000 VDC Power Optimizers and an 11.4kW Transformerless SolarEdge inverter and Unirac mounting system. Pictured here are the 50-panel array over the home the SolarEdge inverter as well as the EV Charger in the garage of the home. The installation achieved the customer's primary goal of off-setting entire electrical usage (including the EV needs) while achieving an impressive 3.5-year payback to save money on utility bills.
This project achieved the customer's goal of mitigating individual environmental impacts through the deployment of clean technology.
